The teachers are specially chosen for their dedication to meeting the developmental and educational needs of children. Each member of our staff meets the qualifications set by state laws and completes a full orientation. We encourage teachers to earn a nationally recognized teacher certificate, called the Child Development Associate (CDA), or to obtain further college credit of working with children. All teachers are required to have a criminal background checks along and professional references.
